Update on the missing girl in our community

They have found them!! I am so glad. They said it seems the 4 year old seems to be unharmed. They found them at a retreat in San Diego. They said the two adults had changed their appearence, but that they were still driving the same vehicle. The grandmother had been granted temporary custody, so that they could put out a missing child alert, because they felt she was in danger. It will be interesting to see how this all pans out. There was just a news bulletin on the tv!! Definitely good news! I am relieved and it is good news for a change! I am glad to hear something positive, aren't you?

I sure am. I imagined the worse, that the creep either killed the mother and the daughter or sold them to a pimp or something like that. I do hope that little girl does not have any psychological scars but at least she will be with her grandparents and that will be the best thing for her.
The only way the mother should get the little girl back is if she proves that the scum bag kidnapped her and her daughter. But it seems by the disguises, that she was more interested in her new lover then her own child.

I have the same opinion. It is sad that her love life came before her child, if that is what happened.

I just read farther down on the discussion that they found the daughter. I was worried. Thank goodness she was not harmed. And thanks for the best response.

I am so happy the child was found. We have a missing girl, sudrica provencher that has been missing for three years now. God only knows what that poor little girl is going through, if she is still alive.

When a child is found, and especially when they are found alive, that is Great news for sure. Many times there are not good endings to something like this and then you often wonder. But at least in this case there was a Happy ending, and hopefully this will help them to get more ideas on how to find more missing and exploited children faster as well.

I had also been following the story since you posted the original discussion, Thoroughrob, and I was relieved also to know that they are alright. I can't help but wonder what the mother can be thinking about, however?

I am so happy to hear a good outcome for once. It seems like most of them are not such a good ending. I cannot believe the mother would have done that.

Excellent news rob! It is great to hear positive outcomes for a change and this is definitely one of them. To hear that the little four year is safe has made my day.
I remember the first discussion you posted about this; I was very concerned and had visions of the child being horribly harmed. It’s a relief that the grandparents are there to take care of her now and for the mother, I wonder what is going through her head right now…

I do not know about this story, but when kids go missing, it is horrible for everyone, as we all want it to end with some good news, so i am glad to hear that this has...it does make a change.
