There are people that give so much importance their former family(Father, Mother , brother and sisters) than his/her own new family consisting of their partners and children for some reasons of their own. How about you, if you're going to choose, which family would you give most of your importance and concern, your own separated family or your former parents' family?

Your parents are parents. They can never be "former" parents, just parents. I know what you mean though, since when starting a new family you don't usually live at home. As an adult with a new family, it is up to you to support the family you started. If your birth family does something to put a divide between you and your new family, it is their problem not yours.

I am sorry for that. I was just trying hard to let me understood. I posted this topic because in our country there were cases like that that happened. I know one member here on mylot having that kind of problem. He even left his family in exchange of his parents until they finally divorced...Thanks for dropping by..
