I strongly believe that teaching is a dynamic process. Teachers should not be content to just go about finishing her lesson plan and hurrah, job done! Or in this so called "Hi-tech" age, i wonder why many teachers hide behind electrical equiptments, yet can be so impersonal in their techniques and still so proud of the many letters(are they even for real?) after their name yet never getting the simple lessons across to the fertile mind of these young ones. If you are a teacher. What kind of teacher are you? Can you classify yourself belonging to the old school with traditional techniques and content with it or are you one of those rookies that clamor to apply the many gadgets and programs that you believe will enhance your teaching capabilities?

I agree! To bore students in class is "a crime". I believe that teachers should be highly motivated and prepared when teaching in a class--whether you're teaching in the elementary, secondary or tertiary level. Teachers should be prepared with their lesson for the day. In class, they should be excited in the classroom discussions. He/she should make the lessons come alive. There should be a good class participation. It should be more of student centered kind of learning than just boring lecture. He/she should use different teaching aids and devices to make it more appealing especially in the age of information technology. Finally, there should be an appropriate application of the lessons for everyday life and a good conclusion.

I know someone whose profession was a teacher for a long-time,..she's my poster mother. This career is such a boring to me,likewise doing leson plan, checking test papers, making reports and make new discussion everydays in the classroom.Seing her,as if she's happy to that job.Teacher...yes but in this vacation they have a lots of Benefits including the highest respect from all.Teacher can'nt compare to any profesional(they have the highest paid of respect without wearing their uniform). That's why they need to see to it that they were a good model not only to their students but to the nation too.

Of course not, along with society, one has to evolve in the environment. Kids are maturing faster and one as a techer has to be a step ahead of them in every way.
