Is www.compu-cash.com a legit site or is it a scam??

Kindly do tell that is this site a scam or is it legit as i want to use it to transfer money.I want my money to be converted from paypal to western union and this site is offering the required things so am looking forward too using it.Well if any one of you has ever used it kindly do help me in this regard.

its really had to tell if its real or a scam, but form what i can tell form the site it looks real to me. I'm not really sure what the site is all about or what it dose. the only thing is that i would have a hard time trusting a site that takes money out to transfer it to another form. its not some thing that i would use i would rather have my money put into my bank an get the money and then send it to some one. if your trying sent the money the best way is to have that person join paypal so that you can send them the money. if for other things then i would go the safe way of doing it. the last thing that you would want is some thing happening to the money on there.
