I have had the Bold for since the end of January this year. I have already had to replace it one, with the warranty, and now I am having difficulty with it now. Instead of hardware problems, it is software problems. Does anyone know of a way to reset all of the software to factory settings without getting rid of, or if necessary backing up on my computer, all of my messages, SMS, bookmarks, and installed program. I liked this phone at the beginning but after a while it has just became a pain.

You should be able to back up all your stuff in your computer using the USB cord that should be in the box. Once you've backed it all up - go back to the store (AT&T I'm assuming), and ask them to do it for you. You can always call corporate - but it will take A WHILE, I'm sure. They'll put you on hold. So you're better off going to the store. Yes it's a hassle - but I'm sure it'll be worth it. If the store doesn't work with you or doesn't fix your problem. Let me know - I'll give you a tip on how I got my free blackberry. I have the same blackberry - LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Never had a problem with it - and got it for free too! =D
