if you die, will you be remembered? what woll they remembered about you?

hello there fellow mylotters... i know this question is a bit odd but i was just thingking. Prominent people are said to be remembered because of their contributions to the industry. hmm... they are famous! but how about ordinary people? will you be remembered? and what will they remembered about you?
hmmmm.... me i want to be remembered as a loving, kind, cheerful, and a nice person. i want also to be remembered by my students as a good teacher.
how about you? how will you want to be remembered?

this is a great discussion :) I have always wondered about this if I would die now not a lot of people would remember me, but only 1 or two people would think something bad about me (I hope). I would like to live my life so that I would be remembered as a great person, a helper, a funny guy and just a loving soul, I don`t need to be remembered by millions of people, I mean who cares how many people know you if you barely know anyone... :)

I want to be remembered as a good mother and a wife. Being loving,kind,giving. I am always there for people who need a shoulder to cry on or just to talk to and give good advice when they need me. I have always been a giver because of my grandmother and my mother. My family has always been very loving and kind. When my grandmother passed away she was remembered for all of that. And she was a great person that words can't describe.

Your welcome. I have always been a shoulder to cry on for anyone who needs me and needs someone to talk to. It was the way I was raised. I have always had a heart for people. I understand when people don't have anyone to talk to and they need someone. So that is why I always made myself open to people.

I wanna be remembered as someone who made people laugh no matter how hard life is. And maybe an epitaph on my tomb that says: "Here lies someone who loves to make you laugh. Laugh or else I will be in your dreams tonight!" lols!

when i die, i want to be remembered as a good wife, good daughter, good sister, good friend, good person...God fearing person...
i want people to remember the happy moments i have with him and i want them to remember the advices and the wisdom i shared with them when i am still alive...

If i die,i am sure people will remember me.hehe.I want to be remember by people because of my kindness.I want make kind to all people but i know not all people will accept my kindness.I will do it will full of my pure heart and show them my love.I am sure people will remember me always.Have a nice day too and happy mylotting.

People are best at forgetting. I think that while many famous people will be remembered a lot of them will be forgotten as well. It is the way that things go. To me, as long as my family remembers me, and most importantly God and Jesus, then I'm okay. I just want to be known as a good person who was sweet, kind and loving and always tried her best.

I think ordinary people are remembered by their friends and family. My Hubby and I have lost many people and we often speak of them so that they will be remembered.
As to what people will say about me, I don't really care, I live my life as I must and try to make people feel good about themselves, that is all I can do.

hey!! i will want to be remembered as somebody who cared and help them in their needs. yes!! thats the way i want to be remembered and i have always wanted to do something good for the society too. I have thought of raising my children to be the leaders of my country. Hmmm..!! right now I am still not married but definitely I will want that and maybe immortalized in some way by my contributions to the society with God's grace.

To me being remembered depends on which circle you are targeting. E.g. Small circle = own family, very big circle = the world. The bigger the circle, the longer they will remember you (because you're a required reading in history lessons:) ). Anyway, i aimed to be remembered as a contributor of special technology to my country.
