We have all done something we regret in our love lives, in which makes us sad and miss the other we lost. I fell into a situation were I lost a girl which I passionately loved but from my actions I lost her. Its been some years now and I can not stop thinking of all the stupid things I said and did. I don't know if she forgives me or not. Iam afraid to confront her now because of what I have done and the pain and suffering I brought to her. My question to you all is, How much does forgiveness count in our lives as human beings and if it counts does it change you?

Hello Celos99 ,this a rather difficult question to answer. But saying "I'm sorry" can give you relief in the rest of your life.If contacting her would hurt her all over again then you might confess your previous actions to a trusted friend or family member.Seriously think before taking action on contacting her. Will it hurt her all over again!
