Do you think you are healthy?

People say that health is the most important thing in life, but it seems to have the least significance in their actual lives. We see many people in modern society undermining their health through lack of exercise and having unbalanced diets. Alcohol, smoking, and junk food also aggravate this phenomenon. Another new factor adding to many people’s health problems is stress. Experts say we can’t avoid stress as long as we live in this ever-changing world. So what counts is not how to avoid it, but how to reduce it and cope with it effectively. On the other hand, modern medical researchers still suspect our genes have considerable control over our destiny. This means our health is till in the hands of God. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t do anything about our bodies. Rather, we should continue to stay fit by temperate living – no smoking, moderate drinking, a nutritional diet and adequate exercise. That way, to some extent, we can make up for the genetically undesirable aspects in our physicality.

Almost the majority of peoper are in the sub-health status,including myself.It's just that their health. Exercise,regulat medical check-ups on order to ensure their own health.

I think the same way my friend. Especially now, I got an ear infection and I usually have it at least once in a year.

Yes! If we are doing our everyday work fine and everything goes on as regular than we must realize that we are healthy. Yes you are right we have to avoid stress in order to keep ourselves healthy, mentally strong and more importantly happy and I don't think that occasionally smoking and drinking would effect if we can get a regular 20 to 30 minute exercise daily..!!

I think it is very difficult to stay healthy,you need to mind about your bad habit all the time.If you spoile yourself on even one occasion,you body feels rather bad.So I think we just need to keep ourselves from diseases,and keep our mind not unhealthy?hehe~

I dont' think I'm healthy,because I didn't make any exercise in past year and I am fat now.People dont' like to go to hospitals if they feel well, but in fact, most of diseases have no strong feeling when they are not serious. so do a regular checking is necessary.
