Homosexuality Should be banned in India?

Homosexual people were considered as psychologically ill till 1960s even in the USA and the western European countries. In India, though not directly, but it is banned through IPC 377. The debate is going on the world over about the maintaining the status quo or giving people the freedom to what they want to do. It has challenged the system of marrigage and has many ethical questions involved. The most important is what nature wants us to do. However, I think there should not be any law to ban what people want to do within their personal limit.
