$0.2 away from payout, my balance was reset to $0.00

I joined BUXWIZ one month ago, there are 4 ads per day, $0.01 per click, it seems good so i invited two friends to join it to be my referrals and i enjoy clicking every day. When i was just $0.20 away from my payout, i couldn't access the site untill last night, then i found my balance was reset to $0.00, is this site a scam?

yeah, they were in beta and reset everyones balance to $0.00 when they went in full launch.
