Actually money was not an issue in either case; what was..was that we loved each other and were dedicated enough to pull those things off. Actually, ok, one time i did 'splurge'. I got her tones of gummy bears and took her out for pasta in the middle of a diet we were both on...because i know she loved them and wanted to give her a break. And meanwhile, i had broccoli, a salad and a veggie burger..it was about her not myself. That's what a relationship should be

yeah if i had a boyfriend i would buy him little pressies just randomly not spending loads, and i hope he would do the same for me, and i wouldn't be petty ....i bought dinner this time so you owe me dinner blah blah blah
