tony not twin ?

I thought Andrew and Tony were cousin and not twins. They did look like twin but were not brothers. I might be mistake does anyone remember if they are just cousin or if they were really twin brothers.

on the show they where cousins but i think in real life they are twins but i am not really sure.

i think they are brothers in real life i am not 100% sure .
