What did you eat for breakfast today ?

This morning I had a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast . I usually have a bagel or fruit so i have some energy . Also have to have coffee, cant have it hot or i get hot flashes . I love starbucks cofees in a bottle poured over ice. Some people think they are too sweet , but that is the way i like my cofee , or should i say cofee flavored cream and sugar

Today I had pork 'n beans over 2 slices of toast, and coffee. Sometimes I have hot tea in the morning, it just depends on my mood. I like your breakfast of bagal and cream cheese, sounds tasty.
