If you are someone that has been working for a longtime just as I have 25 plus years you began to notice a change in your learning process. You used to be able to learn quicker, complete task quicker etc... Now you notice it takes a little longer you are not as sharp.... But what do you do about it?

You live with it. I've read that the older brain doesn't get slower, it just processes information differently. I'd like to think so, anyway, but there are times that I have to wonder. Besides, even if older workers are slower, they have a far better work ethic than most young people I've worked around.
