Hello, Just came back from a five week holiday, then I found my Neobux account is suspended. I tried to send an email to the support staff, but no answer. Does anybody have the same experience? How can I reopen it? Thanks in advance.

Well, it dosn happen if you don't login to your account for some days. Now I am not sure as to what exactly is the time limit. But one of my friend's account to had been closed exactly like yours. The reason for his actions was that he was ill could not log on to his account. But when he logged in he found out that his account was no longer active. I think I remember that he told me when such times occur, we should contact the admin. But I am not sure, if the admin agrees to re-activate the accounts. I think, you will have to re-open your account. Baby, you lose out on everything. And I feel very sorry while saying this.

I didnt have this experience before. But i am so sorry for this suspension try to contact the staff again. Your account might be suspended because of inactive and so you explain your situations to the neobux staff. All the best

Hello, My account is suspended too. I did nothing about it but I heard that they don't open your account. They tell you to re-open an account. Sorry for your account.

Hello, same thing happened with me...a four week holiday and my account is gone, no response from the support staff; however when I try to reopen the account, the neobux software is so clever that it tells me I cannot open another account. There is one solution, which may or may not work: if you have another paypal/alertpay email and open an account by giving those details, the account may reopen. Try your luck...

a 60 days inactivity will cause a suspension of your account
