how to adjust on your new job

To start with i think you can brush up on your corporate skills. Observe what others practice and learn (yourself or by asking)how things work at your new workspace. I think in a weeks time you will get adjusted to the new environment. Make sure you are accessible and approachable too - this makes a huge differnce on what you are in the ofiice front :)

it will turn out to be ok.Most people feel the butterflies in tummy. I felt same for 2 jobs i had till date. Like now I am in new office in same company. feeling very crappy.

To a new company, the first thing should be good to get along the relationship between our own staff. Help each other to get their recognition, in the back of work, my colleagues will be better co-ordination between, you have an open mind to learn from colleagues. If you have any good suggestions and ideas can also be discussions with my colleagues in the leadership come forward to the recommendations. Remember a company is a family, we should cooperate with each other will not work alone.

Well adjusting in a new job is purely depends on the attitude. And how much we like the job and can gain the guts to move with the new atmosphere. But main is you should like the job without which it l be mechanical.
