Good day to all...i just want to ask your opion about why do our body getting fat and i wonder cause me,im not eating that much but still my body is getting wide as if Fatty. Can please give me some opion in your mind i will really appreciate it very much,just want to know the reason. Thank You so much...

Carbohydrates like rice, bread, cakes and noodles is also one source of fat. thats is if you dont have much activity. too much carb in the body will turn into fat. Also fatty and oily food. So i suggest if you have a lot of carbohydrate intake in your daily diet, make sure you exercise. Too much carb is also not good. And when youre not mobile, like when at work, you just sit down and when you get home you only watch tv and doesnt do much work, theres really a big chances of getting fat. its ok to eat 5 times a day as long as your work out.

Yes i've been exercising everydays i have a dog to bring her down 4times a day.We walked about nearly 1 hour,i eat fruits also everydays and mostly i eat vegetables morethan rice,but still my body is this.Do you think because people gtting older and this is one of the reason?Thank you so much this is a big help for me.
