for me ,wheni depressed ,i usually insist on taking exercises or drawing a picture.how aboutu ?

I don't get depressed much, but when it does happen, I enjoy taking a nap. For me, after I wake up, I feel refreshed and like a new person. I can easily forget things and get over situations in a very short period of time. But besides taking a nap, I tend to take time for myself, take a walk, or something alone. This is definitely not the best thing to do, the best thing is to be around people.
