How to stop your partner from snoring and teeth grinding

My bf sort of hubby is so loud at night and wakes me up sometimes with his snoring and teeth grinding. Teeth grinding really irritates my sense of hearing. I hate waking up all night from him and then having to wake him up to stop. Then he's right back at it in 5 minutes. He eventually gets up and sleeps on the couch during the night. Got any solutions for me??

My second wife had that problem and it was hurting her jaw muscles real bad at the time we had a great DR. he prescribed a mouth guard and it worked, they were fitted by the DR. and it was expensive even with insurance! Now they have them at CVS and Walgreens for about $12.00 and you can do them your self. I think they're called niteguard! if the name is not correct ask and they'll know about them. It took a little getting used to but her jaw would hurt her all day and that motivated her to use it! Good Luck! tdemex

I know how you feel as my husband is the same and i get lack of sleep as he makes such a noise it makes me mad.I tend to keep knocking into him so he wakes right up that way he stops for that bit longer.Try to go to bed first so you get a head start, that way you will be asleep first so maybe you will not hear him when he starts snoring.Happy Mylotting.
