What do you do when you take your break at work

I get an hour for lunch and it usally only takes me 10 minutes to eat lunch . I take the puppikins for a walk and then for the rest of lunch i look up funny things on the internet . I try to avoid the news and just look for happy websites that make me laugh . How about you ?

well if it was a stressfull day then i try to sleep. but usually i just eat and sit around a bit

Lunch time definately is a good time for us to relax our mind and body after suffer for few hours in the morning. Normally, i'll go window shopping with my colleagues or just back to office to surf some social networking sites such as facebook or mylot.have a nice day.

Right now I am not thinking about taking a break from work. If I take a break, I will be interested to visit different places. There are two places in world which I badly want to visit. One is Veniece in Rome and other one is Barcilona in Sapin. I would spend the time of my break to visit these places if I have enogh money.
