Is News Paper classifieds are true!!! Can I trust them

I have seen a classified in News paper which is as follow:-
Install Aircell Tower in your Plot/Roof and Earn Rs.30,000 Per month as a Rent. lakh in advance! 20 years aggriment.
I have a Plot on main road can I apply for Aircell tower??? My parents said that this is not true at all...........
Pls someone help me

Though ofcourse there are certain hard and fast rules in installing a tower, it would be better to call them directly. Instead of calling the number that is given in the newspaper, better call the customer care number of Aircel. They will be able to give you a better picture.
