Best organic supplement?

Well I think I'm a health freak.. Well not that much.. But I like anything organic, from food to drinks to supplements. I like teas and veggies or anything healthy.. I'm interested with any organic that's really good for the body.. So does anyone can recommend me a good organic supplement as for everyday intake? Something that isn't expensive but works great..
