Do you always have the same dream for many year?

I graduated from university for about 3 years and did not bad when I was a student. But in these three years I always have the same dream in which I am always very nervous. It says that I didn't review my subjects and it will be an exam tomorrow. I know nothing ahout the content of the book, I am so nevous and I wake up with a quick heartbeat.Why?
