someone who has a good sleep ,he/she must be a happy man.do you agree?

how's your sleep?whether you can't sleep well at night? for me i have had a bad sleep when i have a large work to do or bear a lot of stress,i was difficult to sleep again when i wake up in the middle of the night,i would worry about my work even untile morning.but for now i changed a easy one and i am happy everyday.so i enjoyed a blessed sleep.i am aware that sleep is very important for our health.

Right thing you say ching, at least from my point of view. I also experienced bad time couple years ago, when my family have so many trouble, it's automatically affecting my sleep. Sometime I found me hard to sleep, some other time I could easily sleep but wake up with pain on my neck or feel headache. But nowadays when I think my family got better road, nothing stressful event coming, I leave in peaceful life, it could also affecting my sleep. I have become easy sleeper, when I want to sleep, I just close my eyes and couple of minutes later I'm on the dream land, I also wake up with refreshed feeling, no pain around my neck or wake up with headache sticking around.

Hello chingmerry. It sounds reasonable that a person who sleeps well might be a happy one because he or she does not have so much to worry about that makes a good sleep. I usually have a good sleep, but when something bothers me, my sleep will be affected by it. A good sleep is of great importance to us to be a happy man because a good sleep enables us to be more energetic in whatever we do. So we can enjoy more of our life and work. Stay cool in this hot summer, friend.

as a young person in this city,it is hard to live without any pressure,unless he or she has a good family background without own effort.so we would have pressure and worry about something more or less.it is not easy to have a good sleep.

Its a pretty bad thing..You should practice some yoga exercises to get rid of this insomnia.. These exercises do helps..Avoid smoking and coffee. Sleep is indeed very important. I do sleep well last night.
