As the days go by and besides for the efforts of the UN and other concern countries it seems that no progress and will be happen. The President of North Korea, seems to be decisively ignite provocative actions for possible war in the region. Kim Jong ill II, challenge the United State for war and boastfully announce that United State, will wife out in the Map. The series of launching missiles up to this date and more possible test will be conducted this month is a sign of vital stability in Asian regions. If any missiles test that range in the pacific regions in Hawaii, even if the missile is not take off in land or sea. We assure that the United State of America, react on that. The worst case scenario, on this is that the possible actions of the US, in case that happen. Since North Korea, seems to be pursued missiles attack on US, territory chances for possible escalation in the region is a greater risk. Now, Do we need for Asian region ready for possible nuclear launch of North Korea? Did you believe that North Korea, conducting rigid missiles test is an act of preparing for possible another Korean war?

I don't think North Korea will dare throw a nuclear warhead in any countries. All actions done by their president is merely to capture attention from the US for negotiations. Setting off a nuclear bomb will surely means a war not from the US but from his closest friend: China or Russia. Neither of the two will allow a nuclear bomb be fired off from within the region. It would definitely be the worst nightmare for North Korea if China or Russia turns aggressive on it. It is almost certain that both countries will wipe North Korea off the map if it dare set off a nuke.

I think North Korea, is now determined to start that war. Because as we see on a series missiles test is a preparation of war. Look at there president images. He is not worry and his generals is very please about making devastated weapons because they know that there is treats on their country or have plan to invade South Korea before Kim Jong ill die. That is my analysis...to give way the new president. There must be a test for him to rule the country and that test is to invade South Korea to have experience...

If it really start a war on South Korea, I can only say they are doomed to be wiped out from the map. There are simply too much military power protecting South Korea (or I should say taking revenges after South Korea is attacked) either from the far away US or from a closer nation Japan. We should not forget how Japan wants to show to the world that it has so powerful "defensive" military forces. I think that firing off a few missiles is an action to show to the world that it is capable of something if it is angered and so don't just try to apply whatever the western societies are thinking to their nation.

I think North Korea, only shows to world that they can protect themselves for any aggression when they started their Nuclear missiles to dominate South Korea, for advance technology they have... North Korea, has the capability of starting wars with South Korea. If we look back on their military numbers South Korean Military is out number. North Korea, has many hiding weapons that is found on their mountainous areas. We do believes that they are one of countries producing weapons and smuggle it to other countries that is trying to adapt their ideals like Myanmar...This another country that will be a problem of the UN in the next future...

I sometimes wonder if North Korea makes these threats to lessen sanctions or to get something they want, and has no intentions of setting off a nuclear bomb. I would hope they would know what the outcome would be if they actually tried anything.

If they had more access to the world outside of North Korea, do you think they might see things differently?

We hope so that my friend. But the problem is that they don't know about the impact on what they are doing. Generals and low profile officers in the military is the same thinking. What the leaders order that is it. President Kim Jong ill, threat Asian nations. Generals threat Asian nations low profile threat Asian nations it's the same thinking and the same belief...

I don't think the North Korean leadership is THAT stupid. However, for my friends in the North Asian region, I am still concerned. China needs to be the one to end this, though. Tentative poltical support from China is what bolsters North Korea's boldness. If China were to take a stronger stand, North Korea would shut up. China needs to publicly announce that THEY will retaliate for any aggression on North Korea's part. With North Korea's military focused on the South Korea border this would scare the North Korean military into slapping Kim Jong Il in the face (figuratively) the next time he starts ranting about first strikes. I can't imagine China wants a UN coalition amassing a huge military presence in the Korean peninsula so it would seem in their best interest to deal with North Korea by themselves.

Yup! I agree with you my friend. China, is the mediator on this issue not the UN. Because China, has a long time relationship of North Korea and big provider of North Korea's needs. Another thing is that they are they same kinds of Government. Russia, is also a factors but I don't think they can participate to resolve while they have not settle their little differences with US. My worries is that about the their president that don't mind about the future of his constituent. The important for him is that he is god in that country and he made them human. If they don't follow they must die...that's the rule in this country.

Hi, North Korea wouldn't dare start a war by themselves. They don't have many friends except for china. Remember World War 2 when Germany was forced to fend for themselves as Italy could not won battles in any way, japan was focused on the pacific campaign, and other countries such as Russia,Poland,Canada, etc were fighting Germany as well? Same thing, the only thing that keeps North Korea running is hatred to the United States and propaganda.

Perhaps you are right. They don't have friends and invited Iran President in their friendster, Colombian President, Myanmar, now honduras. This is the start of their propose war because of isolation not because they have capability to do so. If that Kim Jong ill, not ill enough there might be a great change in that country. Like China, when they think that their people is human and have a great role in the development in that country. Now, China is a great Nation in terms of power and economy.

Hello Aerous...I do know that President Obama is keeping close watch of this situation. There would be repercussions from many sides should Korea actually attack ANY country. I hope the leaders would never be so misguided and pompous to do such a thing. Always, it is the innocent people who whould suffer from such a drastic move on the part of Korea. Karen

I agree with you, karen. But the things is that the president of this country don't aware about the conditions of his constituent. Look at the life of the people in that country. Do you think. They deserve that kind of life, that they have today? He is their god. No one can oppose him, in that country. To oppose is to die. I watch a special coverage of a TV station in the US. If i am not mistaken that is BBC. Kim Jong ill, invite a doctors to treat some patients about their eyes that blind. Those patients is cured. You whom they praise and give thanks? Not God, for praise. Not for the doctors, for thanks. They praise and thanks kim jong ill, said that Kim Jong ill, will cured them. Then start praising the photo's of their president... How's life?

that is what they live. Their President, is their God. All of their actions is in connections with their President. Their book's using for education's is the President, author. Their ID's is not their face but their President. All of their actions is for their President...that is the worst part of their life

No, they should not have to live that way. But whenever a nation "worships" their leader as though he were God, it is unlikely they will do anything to help themselves. In a case like that, other countries will intervene only if they are in danger. I do know a lot of embargos have been placed on Korea. But that may never stop a leader like that one. Life means nothing to him, nor do people. Power and self-glory are all he cares about.
