Are you use to stretch everytime you wake up?

There are some people who never stretch or not their habit to stretch every time they woke up...as with me, there are times I feel like stretching and there are times I never. How about you do you always stretch after waking up?

Hello.. not really,but sometimes yes.when i really need to wake up because i need to do something. Anyway,i think it doesn't matter to me whether to stretch or not because it's easy to wake me up,but sometimes it isn't if i'm really really tired last night. Happy mylotting.

No, as usually I'm stretch after long hours in front of the computers. Usually the first thing i do after wake up will see the time and try to sleep back for five minutes and then I wake up, switch on tv, taking bath. No, I don't stretch.

Yes. same here but sometimes I will do. I just forget when my mind is already set for other thing before I would rise up..but this is seldom happen...thanks for responding....

Haha, I use to stretch everytime when I wake up. I think this is quite natural for most people. Stretch could make me more awake and feel quite comfortable about myself, about the coming new day. Have a nice day!

Yes that's commonly happen and normal but for me sometimes I forgot to stretch because of some urgent needs rather than stretching first but this is not often times...it only happens seldom...Thanks for responding....

Of course I do, it make me feel good and loosen up a bit after being stiff from the sleep at night. I guess it's a habit since I don't remember since when I've been doing it. I guess it's natural for any other human too.

Yes my friend but for me I could not do it often times. There are times that I don't feel like doing it...I don't know, maybe if I would have more urgent to do first...thanks for responding...

Hi Friend, What to hide? I hardly do that though know that it is very good a habit to do so for you retain your flexibility of the muscles. I will start doing now. Thanks for the reminder.

Stretching as you wake up seems to be a natural reflex on me. I have been stagnant for the whole sleeping hours and I need to do it to give me energy to stand up and do my things for the whole day. It also helps me not to feel too drowsy upon waking up.

Yes and it gives you a refreshing feeling after long hour of slept. As for me, sometime I don't feel like one after I woke up..thanks for responding...
