How do i get a PayPal?

Hi guys... I am really stuck up here... I tried making a PayPal account but can't understand how. I mean can i use a debit card no. in my paypal account to recieve payments? And I don't know what visa card and master card is?? Please can anyone help me on here. Please I'll be really gratetful! Waiting for your reply.

yaar u didint need to add a card..just attach your bank account...i think mylot pays for unverified users also....so just add ur account...u need your bank ifsc number 4 purpose...u can download frm RBI site...and or tell me bank name and location(address of bank).. ill help u out..

You can use Debit Card, no problem. Just make sure the name on the card is as same as your name. Paypal only accept DC/CC with Visa in my country, hopefully the choice is wider in yours. Visa card and Master card are payment card. You can use it to accept or make payment.
