need help downloanding all folders in outlook express to CDs

My Pc/ about 15 months old. I have multiply problems and after 10 days it has been decided to strip it down and reinstall programs. Problems are, emails would not go out, could not recover, then created new recover point with worked as of last thurs. now we can not restore to that point. Items on desk top multiplying after being deleted. Bellsouth sent new DSL modem
I just need to save my email folders To CD Thanks for the help

try exporting you mails to archives folder. this way you'll be able to retrieve them by importing back once you've reinstalled the programs.

of course, don't forget to copy the archieve folder to a cd before formatting you machine
