I found another PTC that seems to be a paying one. It's called Top Notch Clicks, and I received a payout of $.19 when they were testing their paypal payouts. Payout is only $3. I'm still giving it time before I decide to upgrade or not. I don't have the $35 to do so. Anyway, the link is in my profile if someone wants to take a peek. Just thought I'd pass this little tidbit along to everyone.
