I started eating sunflower seeds while watching TV and I couldn't stop until I realized I have finished eating one packet. It is very addicting. Same goes with peanuts. I think you can't do anything while eating something like that or else you can't stop. Ever experienced this?

Yes, with potato chips. I just opened a family-sized bag before I realize I ate it all. Sunflower seeds are the same way. My advice is to have someone in the room that can tell you when to stop.

That's the problem, I live alone. This evening while I was mylotting and facebooking, I started to eat sunflower seeds. My eyes were on the monitor but my hand was busy with those seeds and I just can't pay enough attention. I don't think they have any addictive ingredients, hopefully that is not what making us can't stop. Thanks for responding!

Yes Coco, that's one more snack that will keep us eating it. I guess because of the size, it's small so we have this thought that we have not eat enough yet. Usually small food like candy and peanuts make us can't stop eat because it is small.

I chew gum to help curb my appetite for sweets. I can eat anything sweet and not be able to stop until it is gone! So, I am now trying to chew more gum to keep away from the cookies and cakes that i love so much--and oh those wonderful chocolate things! OK, now I am thinking of stuff I am not supposed to have! LOl Its going to be a long day! Have a good day--everyone!
