Fruit to health

Health is important to us all,and we take many measures to improve our health,somebody believe fruit can bring us more healthy.I like fruit too,I like apple,banana,peach,etc.And banana is also called "happy fruit",for it contain something making eater feel happy.how about u?do you like fruit too?

I agreed that eating fruit, can makes us more healthy. Well, i eat fruit every meal after i had my meal. But, can i know, where you got this information that banana is called 'happy fruit'? I am curious to know. Sounds quite interesting. If banana, can really makes us happy, then i will eat more banana, because i want to be happy always....Happy mylotting...

Even if the magnisium can make us feel happy,a healthy attitude of life is more important to our happiness.we must agree that happiness is an feeling.It is said that "laugh,the world laughs with you,cry,you cry lonely".A positive spirit is the key to a healthy and happy life. Hi Cedarlgp. Yes, I love fruit, all kinds...berries, and apples or oranges, peaches and bananas and pears or pineapple. It is healthy...has fiber, and has a lot of things in it that can help prevent cancer...also a lot of good vitamins!

I eat a few apples per day, melons, watermelons, berries bananas and much more. i love fruits and berries, i can eat them all day long

actually thax to my current change in the diet (i became raw vegan) all my health problems that i had since i was little vanished. it only took a couple of month and i'm now perfectly healthy :)

I enjoy fruit! I just had a bowl of yogurt with sunflowerseeds mixed in with banana, strawberries and peaches! MMM good! It was great! I am trying to eat more and more fruit too.. I need to get off sugars and I'm trying to keep my sugar level up by adding more fruit!
