How do you get referrals (especially for PTCs)?

guys, i know its difficult to make people join under you and have them work. i created a blog, did a lot of traffic clicking, i know my marketing skills are too bad. but i don't know how some people manage to get a lot of referrals. i took a break from my lot for about 3 to 4 days. because i have been straining a lot sitting in front of the monitor... im also poor in multi tasking. promoting referrals in mylot is also not possible, because there are too many competition. i wonder how to get referrals, because i need to share this work.. i have other things to do in life, and im so insane that i m sitting whole day with my laptop and at the end of the day i m not satisfied with my work and the time i spend. does upgrading the account help to earn money in PTC's ? some programs have buy referrals.. does it help? i dont want to waste money on anything that doesnt give me any return... So please let me know how to go about it! thank you so much.. i really appreciate your responses!
