Online Job Sites - Any "hidden gems?"

I've been checking many of the "major" job hunting sites like Monster, HotJobs and Careerbuilder, as well as several smaller ones like craigslist and hotgigs. I've also been networking, but things are really slow everywhere. Can anyone recommend good blogs, websites, job boards, etc. related to employment that may not be as well known? I know I can just use google, but it's hard to filter through the millions of hits you usually get. Appreciate the help!

Hey buddy welcome to mylot. Have fun in earning good amount here and you won't be distressed with responding, commenting and discussing here. There are various tasks also which can help you to earn more money. Coming to job portals, i am not convinced with the job portals because only few get call letters based on their interest. Most of the jobs are now under pressure because of recession. And i don't think that they are out performing these days. You won't get good job with job portal searches. They just give you information about a particular job. Monster, Naukri are the best portals of others.. Anyways keep smiling and happy mylotting :)

Thank you, I appreciate the feedback. Yeah, I had seen Naukri before, but had forgotten about it, as I am based in the US. In the past, I had success with craigslist, but even they are a little slow right now. That's why I was wondering about some of the smaller job-related sites, or maybe sites that are industry-specific like dice.com. Or possibly any job-related discussion forums on mylot ot elsewhere. Thanks again!
