Which season you like best?

Which season you like most:
- Summer, Winter, Autumn or Spring for those who can experience these four seasons
OR
- Summer and Rainy seasons for those in the tropic countries
Since I am from the Philippines which is a tropical country, we only have two seasons and that is Summer and Rainy seasons. But I enjoy summer most since its also vacation season here meaning the school usually ends March which is the onset of summer and time for family bonding, beach goings, diving, hiking, trekking, etc. I don't like the rainy months since it means typhoons (hurricanes), floods, traffic and season for cold and flu. But of course nature has its own way of balancing everything thus even if I don't like the rainy season it will surely come.
How bout you, which season you like best?

I live in quebec(canada) and i prefer the spring and autumn
cause i hate many days in the summer as its too hot
and i hate many days in the winter as its too cold!
spring and autumn offer just the better temperature like from 0 to 25 celcius
and whne it goes in+orin the- 30 degree (celcius)
its starting to be uncomfortable:P

Well don't come near me baby 'coz I am soooo hot! And I' don't want you beside me too 'coz you're so cold! hahahaha...just jokin' pal! But sometimes the weather is really odd in some parts of the world - and we're on the opposite side. :p

I am in the United States, but not all states here do really get all 4 seasons! I however, live in Colorado and we are some of the few that get it all. I think Summer is one of my favorite just because it means a lot of camping, boating, water sports and more adventures. However, I also think that winter is one of the most beautiful things in the world! I would have to say that I enjoy all season that we get here in Colorado because it really seems like we always get the best of it all. Amazing crazy beautiful winters, hot sunny dry summers, as well as amazing georgous springs, and warm falls! I don't think that I could ever live anywhere else!

Hmmm...that's quite interesting, maybe I ought to visit Colorado the next time I visit the states. I have only been to California on a short work-related exhibition.

I used to live in California too. I think it is very beautiful there, but I just love the snow so much. I could never imagine waking up on Thanksgiving or Christmas morning without snow. It would make me pretty sad! I do miss the ocean though!

Spring is my favorite season. That's the season when we escape from the winter time. "Spring Time in the Rockies" as the saying goes. So, that's when I would drive up to the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains and enjoy weekend picnics, and holiday relaxations !

I like summer the best, so I guess I should say I am most like it. I am very active and tend to do most stuff during the summer and stay inside during the cooler months and am kind of a mixture of the both in fall and spring.

I definitely prefer spring. I don't like it when it is too hot or cold and I like the coming of the green. I remember when I was visiting Thailand and it was so warm there when it was cold in China where I was teaching at the time. I'm not crazy for rain either.

White sand beaches are nice. Unfortunately, I tend to spend too much time in the sun when I am on beaches. I had such a bad sunburn the last time that I almost was put in the hospital. Have a great day!!!

Yeah one opposite zones you got there. I love the flowers and beaches of Thailand but I'd still prefer our Boracay and El Nido white sand beaches here in the Philippines.

I certainly agree that there is a reason for every season and we need all of them to maintain the balance of nature. But I ain't gonna outgrow havin' fun on summers.

my favorite season is summer, but i like all the seasons for a specific reason too. Winter because u can lay cozy on the couch drinking hot cocoa. I like soring, because of all the flowers, and plus my birthday is in spring. I like summer because its perfect beach time. I also like autumn because of all the leaves in the air, and its football season.

i am in canada and we get 4 very different seasons and i prefer spring and fall the best. i like spring because the wonderful flowers come out after a long and hard winter and i like fall because it is a sense of renewal because school is starting and things get busy and the air has a noticible chill to it.

That's very nice. Just like what I've felt when I had this one spring visit in Hokkaido, Japan and the cherry blossoms were beautifully in bloom. It was so refreshing seeing lovely flowers from the winter chill.
I have an aunt in Saskatchewan, I hope someday she will invite me and visit the place and experience Canada especially if its the spring you are talking about, quite interesting!

Well when I was a kid I loved summer the best because well there was no school during the summer and I didnt have to work lol. But now as an adult I love the spring the best because spring usally has the perfect weather and its so nice after a cold snowy winter.

Well I guess some things we like when we were young changes as we grow old. But just the same, some things like in my case - I still love summer - remains and I still enjoy the same experience over and over again.

when i hear the word seasons the first thing that comes to my mind is rainly season and the winter season a perfect season where we can enjoy a lot and lot
during this is season all our friends and cousin have their colleges closed and this is the best time that we go for outing, we go for adventurous trips like rock climbing, treking, and lots more, it is of great fun when we move on in bikes with high speed of 110km/hr feel like we are speaking with the air.
Awesome days but now the scene has totally changed all of them have entered into the professional field where we rarely meet
Really remember those days

Those were nice hobbies and I agree with you. My family live in a place just outside the city - that is Manila. It is a suburb where there were mountains and vast green plains where one will enjoy trekking and other walking and climbing sports. Along with my husband and son we often go bicycling or foot trailing on fields and hills around the area. We enjoyed climbing on fruit trees and ate them while we're all atop each tree and we enjoyed the breath taking sceneries below the hills especially at dusk time.

Im from England we have four seasons here.
What i like all the four season. It fascinates me. I love the autumn, the changes of the colour of the leaves, the spring those lovely flowers and the snowdrops flowers. The winter, which makes you are in wonderland and the summer, i love warm weather. I miss Philippines!

Well,I’m from China and we have four seasons here,my favorite season is autumn.It's mystery,everything makes me comfortable,the temperate weather,soft sunshine,magic smells,golden leaves and so on.For me,fall is a good season.

i am from india and we have 3 seasons - summer,winter and the rainy season. i love the rainy season the most, not sure why but i love getting drenched in the rain and i find it very scenic also around me. i am a piscean and it could be one of the reasons. i used to love summer when i was in school as it would be holidays time, but now it has to be the rainy season.

When I was younger me and my friends used to play a lot whenever it rains. We enjoyed getting soaked and run around each other. Now it was my son who does that and I just simply let him enjoy one of those moments he will be missing as he age into adulthood. I missed those days - precious moments.

I like more the Winter and the Summer because in the Winter I like to stay home with a heater in my room and watch the torrential rain and say in my head that I'm lucky to be in my house and I would like to see snow in the area where I live that is Portugal what is a shame because of the mild temperatures and in the summer in Portugal is the best because I can go to the beach and see many cute girls and in the summer it's holidays all the time but for me all the seasons are great and happy mylotting to everyone

My favorite season is fall! The smells are magnificent. When fall is coming I can see beautiful golden reds and oranges as the leaves fall. I am from southeastern KY and watching the mountains changes from healthy green leaves to the golden colors is breath taking. Just thinking about fall I can smell smoke from making fires for roasting marshmallows, making piles of leaves to jump into, and feeling the wonderful breezes that come with fall! The whole season just makes me breath easier and lighter.

I grew up in Southern California and the only seasons there were/are Summer and slightly cooler. It's hot and sunny almost year round there. I HATED it, so I moved to Western Washington where (I feel) we actually have four seasons. Others don't feel we do, but compared to Southern California, we sure do. I guess my favorite season up here would be Fall. I like the cooler weather and all the trees changing colors. It's SOOOOOOO pretty! I can't stand the heat, so I really hate Summer and prefer cooler weather. I also don't mind the rain.

Is Christmas considered a season? Because i love Christmas and i just loved it so much!! Not because of the presents I am receiving but the joy of the month, the atmosphere. It is the happiest month in my life where I enjoy giving to people gifts. The month where love is felt more than on valentines. Everyone love that month as well cause there are discounts in the mall!!

Hmmm. Can I choose Christmas Season? LOL. I also am from the Philippines, and the thing I hate the most, is that when it's rainy, it really pours.. And our house back in the province gets flooded cause the road is really low.. so I don't like it when it rains hard. And during the summer, sometimes, it gets too hot, and I perspire a lot, so I don't like that either. LOL. I like christmas season, cause the temperature is cold plus when it rains, it's just minimal. =)

Well,fall is my favorite season.I always feels refreshed in such kind of weather:the sky,the air,the wind and the cloud.The season is one thing that one should experience enough time before fully understand it and fall in love with it,I think.It's now summer here in China,a time means leisure for me.

I like Summer as my favorite season too because its hot, and plus we could go to the beach, i mean who doesnt love the beach. Plus, summer is a great way to excercise, and go adventuring, and eat cold stuff such as ice cream.
