Hi all, All the above comments & suggestions are good & can be followed too. Except look fore GOVT .job. Just because 1- How many Govt jobs are there to accommodate the current youngster population. 2- To search fro a govt job will give you more frustration than to do a private job with less salary. (you will keep searching a Govt job for your lifetime & end up with nothing.) 3- The frustration of not doing anything in Govt job, is much more than doing extra work in private. 4- If everyone goes for security, then what will happen about the business community. Did anyone ever think of doing business, which is considered to be the high risk thing. 5- If you think of securing your life you wont be able to find new source of income. Just because you are happy & secure. Think no body can be secure at any point of time. May be the time is bad so what sun will RISE AGAIN............

Government job is always stable and brings good lifetime guarantee. Despite of anything I am not discourage to look for a job in the government. Hopefully next year when the election ban be lifted I will take a chance to apply. Government job is always a great choice for me rather than in a private companies where employers always give a faltering salary and limited benefits.

Now you tell me! I just went for an interview for a city job. I am trying to be a 911 operator, so I won't be just sitting at a desk, but sitting at a desk with a three-screen computer system talking to freaked-out people. Then again, it is quadruple my current pay, I will actually be able to pay all of my bills, and I might actually be able to help people. I agree with you on most government jobs--they are hard to find and even harder to get. There are also a lot of scams on the internet claiming they have links to real government jobs. These sites are just trying to get your personal information so they can steal your identity. Scary thought, huh?
