how to get rid of my bulgy tummy

Oh no, can anyone help me please? There are too many questions thrown to me about am I PREGNANT? All this happened since 1 month ago. I eat too much lately until I have a bulgy tummy. I hardly have time to do any exercise too. I feel very lazy after my lunch and easy to doze off. I even take 2 hours nap straight after meals. Will this the reasons that caught myself the bulgy tummy. Hubs starts laugh at me and friends keep asking me the same question, " Are you preggie''? I need to get rid of my bulgy tummy as soon as possible. Tell me , tell me, how to get rid of bulgy tummy ?

Avoid nap after lunch and get some exercise during wikend.Consume more vegetables or fruits and stay on to healthy diet menu.

haha, you are just reading my mind and body now. I have the same dilemma like you now and of cause I hate to answer the preggie question. My tummy still not up to the stage that need to eat diet pill. I wish I do not need to depends on that yet and start a healthy dieting. Currently I'm working hard on it and start my day with salad every morning. I believe in taking less calories food will help a lot even with less exercise. Also, I'm taking tummy trim drink which make from fruit and vege enzyme with live culture for the purpose of colon cleansing and loss fat. It helps, hopefully my way do help you too.

Its very important not to lie down or take a nap after a hefty meal. Its a disaster for people who are trying to lose weight or fat for that matter. Regular stomach exercises once or twice a week for 5 minutes is enough to get rid of waist fat. Avoiding mainly carbohydrates or fatty foods will get even faster results. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. After 2 weeks, you will see results.
