Joint family or nucleur family, what's ur take??

I know both has its positives and negatives.
I live here with my husband and kids, as in a nuclear family, but when i go back home, we do have a joint family of 20+ members. That + is, as we always do have some or the other guests...hehe
In joint family you need not worry about a lot of things, as you have a support of lots of family members, and in nucleur you have freedom of everything..
What you feel is better, joint or nucleur???

Same is here too.Ours is a close knit family of four,hence I live in a nuclear family too...I think, is better to live in nuclear family because you face less restrictions... You are free enough in such a family to take decisions and hence it helps in personality development of the young members...
I also love sometimes staying alone when my parents are not at home.
