If I had a choice well definitely I'll choose a poor person, why? not because im not a practical person but happiness is not because of money at all. What weighs more for me is sincerity, love and respect to one another. Yes money can help make life easier and can bring you happiness but these are just temporary. When all you money is gone, you suffer and can't live without it. Take for example our ancestors, when no money yet was discovered. They are always happy and contented with what they have, as long as they have a close family ties, and loving each other they are enjoying life to the fullest. Don't forget the saying "money is the root of all evil". I don't want to be brande as a gold digger of sort, and I can live a happy life without even choosing a millionaire as a partner for life. It is not about the money, its about the contentment and joy that a simple life can bring.

If that would be just a "choice", i would definitely go for the millionaire, who would ever choose a poor person? But it would be just pure logic, because you don't care about the financial status of your beloved one as long as you really love him/her.
