I noticed something recently that there are enormous number of food joints opening in my city. The joints are not even that big or well decorated. Rather they are mostly take-aways. There is a guy who used to lay his stall, in the evening underneath a tree, mostly comprising of two types of curries ( veg-non veg) and bread and rice. In five months, he has taken up a bigger place and cooks breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was no sitting place before, but now there is option of sitting and enjoying food their itself. I think there is lot of money in this business, if the quality is maintained. See how the business of providing packed lunch and dinner is going up. The city people has no time to cook , so readymade good food will sell. What do you think. I too am thinking of a resturant in near future.Homemade food has a great demand. What do you think?
