if you dont get sleep @ night?wat u ll Do???

Woow , so sweet.., And having sweet sweet dreams too. For me sleeping at night is no big problem, because mostly i do get late and vey tired already, and as soon as i fall down , i get asleep :). But yep if not sleepy sometimes, then browse or watch TV for a while, till i feel sleepy..

I normally go to bed only when I am exhausted, so sleeping is not a problem then. So you think about girls and dream is it? Nice.

at night i am usually tired and just lay down and close my eyes and start dreaming about things and before i know its its morning time and i am awake lol when i can't sleep however i might get online or watch some t.v,

I usually can fall asleep pretty easily only because I am so busy with the kids throughout the day that by the night time we are all so exhausted we fall fast asleep but of course there are nights where I have trouble falling asleep, I will usually end up listening to music or reading a book..I don't know what it is about the books but it seems every time I sit down to read the book I want to lay my head down and fall asleep.

If I can't get to sleep you'll find me fappi... err mylotting behind my computer. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to surprise you with a personal reaction. Have you ever had nights in which sleeping is really the least thing you are able to succeed in? Well, I have and I am curious on what to do to get myself some sleep. Sorry for the hijack...
