buxwiz site down for maintainance or scam?

Buxwiz.com is a new promising PTC site from what i know. Pardon me for being a paranoid, their site is down at the moment..so i was thinking whether the site was down for maintainable or down because the admin had earn enough and run away with all our investment?
For one - The admin didn't reveal his/her identity. What for hide their own identity if they are 100% legitimate?
Fellow Mylotters, i need your opinions.

Is the owner still in touch? If they are leaving messages or letting you know when the site will be back up it may be legitimate. You will have to continue to check the site I guess. I had a site do this and I was also suspicious but the owner is leaving messages and should be back after tomorrow. I'm not sure about investing with this and perhaps you should avoid investing if you have not already.
