i would hunt down their ex and beat the crap out of them.. or make sure the they were caught by the cops or something.. im very protective over friends and sig others

i may too will do the same as you will. but what if you already knew about it before you actually get into the relationship. the carnal knowledge resulted in pregnancy and the child is already a year or two. this will gonna be another story, right?

i wouldnt hold it against them.. i would just try to ensure they are protected from now on.. everyone has some sort of baggage from something

Raped by former sweetheart? I am also a woman,thinking being raped or forced,my gosh,God help me.It is easy to tell what will be our reaction,but only people who have experienced such situation can only define the real trauma she has been dealing with.I don't know how will i react on this matter my friend,but surely i will do my best to give him the punishment he really deserves,and even if he had escaped the law of man,i know GOD is righteous to give justice on the judgement day.

I just hope that I never saw the person. I cannot say what I would do to them..
But as far as the relationship goes, I would just listen to them tell the story and be there for them.
It does change a person. That is something that you can never get back and it takes time to learn to trust again.
I would make sure to show them everyday how special they are to me and be kind to them. I would make sure that I didn't make them feel threatened by me in anyway. Let them know that I will be there to protect them and nothing else will harm them again.
