I feel depressed because of nothing sometimes and everything other times. It comes in cycles I will be fantastic for 5 days then just cry all day long for 3 over nothing because My log in didn't work or I forgot to give someone a cup of ice. I just feel so pathetic and disgusted with myself. Then a day or two later fine again... I just wonder if anyone else feels this way.

You are describing a depresion. Maybe you should go to see a doctor to have some help. I felt the same way you did, plus that when I wasn´t crying I was very agresive with the people who love me most. So I went to the doctor, gave me a very small dose of an antidepresant and another to stop anxiety. It was like a miracle. I had a lot of pain in my joints and blamed old age but with the magic pills I don´t have them anymore. Seek help.Take care

That's depression for ya. With me, when it hits, it doesn't hit so hard as it used to simply because I've learned how to acknowledge it and look for solutions. It still sucks. Little events in the day can act as triggers for the issues that lie below the surface. I would be fine for days, even several weeks at a time, but, with my added anxiety, if something happened to upset me, or if something just wasn't going right, the anxiety hit, and the depression after that.
