Was english or foreign language a good lullaby?

English is my second language and i am not interest it. In someday, i find it's a new value for me. It is a good lullaby when i can not easily fall asleep. It's only take me about ten minutes to fall asleep with the help of english books or english listening. Did you have the same experience of that go to sleep with the help of doing some reading or listening on your second language. Please note this discussion have no despise on English, just a discussion on my personal experience. Look forward to your communication with me.

English is my second language too but unlike you iam interested in the language
It has happened to me infact many times upon reading or listening to music falling asleep without even realising.Maybe English is indeed a good lullaby
haven't crossed my mind before.
