HI DOC. I can understand why you may be skeptical based on the teachings you have received I can respect that. but in the video they cover this issue and in the video they do recommend seeking the proper medical guidance and not to try this by yourself, because sudden changes can shock your body and do more harm than good. so that's why i recommend watching the video and going to the website they have contact info were anyone with questions and concerns can talk with them about and they should be able to guide that person in doing the best advice for there health based on that persons individual health. in the movie people had varying types of diabetes but each person noticed a positive change in there over all health and also i know people who are doing fine monitoring there diabetes through the food they eat and exercise and because of this they are much healthier than the average person with diabetes and are not stuck on high blood pressure medicine and all the other medicines associated with diabetes and not to mention the side effects from the medicines. thanks for your comment
