Actually it would not be good. For instance I just learned that when someone consume 100% whole grain foods and milk togeather the Calcium is then absorbed by the grains and not your bones. Thus, robbing your body of the essential mineral. You may get the same energy but think about your bones. After all you do not want to end up like my mother. She is only 65 and has a sever case of Osteoporosis. If you do not know what this means, it is a bone disease where the bone thins so much that it can fracture. In my mothers case she currently has 6 compressed fractured vertebrea. She got this simply from tieing her shoe. She is in a back brace and has sever pain. I feel so bad for her but really there is not much I nor the doctors can do for her. Unfortunatly these breaks are not the last and infact may get worse over time. So take me serious when I say you should check out this website I hope no one in here nor there families have to ever experience what my mother and my family have had to with this horrable disease.
