Friend of your borrow your money, but never return them

I just hate that people who borrow money, and never return them. I felt like that I was been used, and there was no true friendship exist, because there is a honesty problem. If I borrow someone's money ande never return them, they not going to like it either. A year ago, a good friend of mine borrow money from me twice, and never return them. After 3rd time, I just call it quit. There is no honesty, and no true friendship exist. So, I won't let her borrow my money again, and keep my distance from her ever since. Would you do the same?
