My brother had his blood chemistry checked the other day for employment. He was informed though, that his SGPT and SGOT results were not normal. And just now, while I'm doing my research about those liver test results, I found a topic that is stating that Vitamins, Minerals, and other Herbal products can cause SEVERE LIVER DAMAGE. Do you think that this is true and is clinically proven?

I am not sure what to say or believe here. Too much of anything in the body will cause an imbalance. I know that much. I guess one can overdose or simply take in too much supplements. My doctor once told me I do not need to take supplements but that I should just ensure that I got my daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Maybe there is some truth in all of that.

Thanks for your comment, it makes sense. I think that we'll really have to eat healthy.
