PC is slow

Hi all For the past few days my PC is acting quite badly. It slowing down a lot, when i see the task manager,it says 100% CPU usage..I Dont know which process consumes my CPU usage.. Its just the firefox and media player, i am running and all the other processes where the system process.. It was frustrating at times when i have to see the Non-responding windows. Pls can anyone help me
