when people ask you for money on the internet, do you help?

Absolutely not. I hardly trust people on the internet asking for money. I'm pretty sure they're just scamming innocent people. I already been scam in real life by an old man came running to me that her daughter got hit by a car and was in need of medicines but he couldn't afford. He said he'll borrow some money and be back tomorrow from where we are standing to pay me back and even left his according to him a gold wedding ring. Turns out the ring is fake and did not come back the day after that. Silly me, I believed.
